Dr. Allen came to Brighton Center for Recovery in October 2006 as a part-time physician in our drug treatment facilities. He is in primary care practice in the Henry Ford Health System. Dr. Allen was voted Resident of the Month at the John D. Dingell Veterans Administration Medical Center and was a presenter at a lecture series for Children’s Hospital of Michigan. He also has worked with teenage mothers at the Nancy Boydkins Secondary Education Center. Dr. Allen also spends his time volunteering at many health fairs and is deeply involved with his church.
