Heroin is highly addictive. The number of Americans who have tried or use heroin is alarming. Prescription painkillers, namely Vicodin® and Oxycontin®, are some of the most widely used and abused narcotics. An addiction to heroin, Vicodin® and other opiates is complex and requires treatment in a specialized heroin and/or opiate rehab clinic, like Brighton Hospital.
