Since 1950, Brighton Hospital has been providing drug abuse help for individuals to overcome their addiction problems. Our substance abuse treatment center provides alcohol and drug treatment options focused on detoxification (detox), alcohol treatment, 30 day residential substance abuse treatment, outpatient rehabilitation, and partial hospitalization. Special programs include adolescent substance abuse help, men's and women's halfway houses, dual diagnosis (mental disorders with chemical dependency), and outpatient opiate (prescription pain killers, heroin) treatment. All drug treatment options are customized for each individual and may include a 12 step program, counseling, and aftercare follow-up.
