Brighton Hospital, located in Brighton MI, is the second oldest drug and alcohol treatment center in the country.  Many of our patients seeking help come from the Metro Detroit location, and the Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Flint areas of Michigan, Although we often see patients from Chicago, Columbus, Toledo, Cleveland, Cincinnati and other locations surrounding the Great Lakes, including Canada. Brighton’s Drug Hospital is located at 12851 Grand River Rd, Brighton, MI. Our location is about five miles (nine minutes) east of downtown Brighton, MI and just 39 miles (36 minutes) northwest of Detroit Metro Airport.

Directions:

To reach Brighton Drug Hospital from Detroit Metro Airport, take Merriman Rd to I-94 West (toward Chicago). Take exit 194 to merge onto I-275 North (toward Flint). Take the exit onto I-96 West (toward Lansing). Take exit 151 for Kensington Rd, turn right at Kensington Rd, then turn right at Grand River Rd. Brighton Drug Hospital is located less than a quarter mile on the right side of Grand River.

Since 1954, Brighton Drug Hospital has been helping individuals to overcome their substance abuse problems. Our alcohol and drug rehab center provides addiction treatment programs focused on drug detoxification (drug detox), alcohol treatment, inpatient and outpatient drug rehab, and partial hospitalization. Special programs include teen drug treatment, men’s and women’s halfway houses, dual diagnosis (mental disorders with chemical dependency), and intensive heroin, vicodin and other narcotic rehab. All drug and alcohol rehabilitation plans are customized for each individual and may include a 12 step program, counseling, and after-care follow-up. Mending lives.
