Dr. Berger works as a part-time physician with Brighton’s drug abuse treatment centers, joining the team in 1998. He is in private practice at the Sacred Heart Medical Center in Livonia, Michigan, and specializes in Addiction Medicine and Internal Medicine. He is a committed family man and active member of his church.

Every Brighton Hospital addiction treatment associate receives annual service excellence training.  This is reflected by patient satisfaction scores exceeding 90 percent.  Plus, having established America’s first Fellowship in Addiction Medicine in a clinical setting, we lead the nation in the medical education for specialists choosing to work in drug abuse treatment centers.
